My name is Ruslan Khusniyarov. I came to the United States nearly a decade ago as an immigrant with a dream — to build something meaningful, lawful, and lasting.
Since then:
I founded Fuse Service Inc., a home services company now employing over 150 people in California and Nevada.
I launched Fuse Franchising Inc., empowering entrepreneurs in 50+ franchise locations across the U.S.
Together with my team, we’ve contributed over $7.3 million in federal and state taxes over the last 4 years.
I applied for a green card under the EB-2 NIW (National Interest Waiver) program — because what we built serves communities, creates jobs, and strengthens the service economy.
I’ve followed the law. I’ve waited in good faith.
But my case (MSC2590095895) has been pending, despite my priority date being current and all required evidence submitted. I’m unable to leave the country for critical business purposes and face continued legal uncertainty.
