I don't do startups or investments.
I just work hard at my company FUSE SERVICE HVAC, Refrigeration, Electrical & Plumbing. I am a construction contractor. My company is engaged in HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning), Electrical, Refrigeration & Plumbing—for each direction we have a California license. These are the most complex and marginal areas in construction, for which I passed the exams with my partner Stan.
We might not have super smart people on the team, super high technology, and our goal is not some global breakthrough. We operate in a highly competitive environment and destroy competitors that have been in the San Jose market for over 50 years through streamlined processes, clear instructions, and staff training. Additionally we grow by scaling our franchise experience.
